We are excited that you and your pet have decided to make your new home at Four25 San Pedro Apartments. The following guidelines have been established to ensure a smooth transition into your new home. Please arrange an appointment with our office team to meet your pet prior to moving in. A written and signed consent form, veterinarian statement, additional security deposit and registration may be required prior to moving your pet into the community.
If a pet is acquired after you move in, please notify the leasing office and make the appropriate arrangements immediately.
Pure bred and/or any mixed form of the breeds listed here are
currently restricted at our community: Chow Chow, Dalmatian,
Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler and
any other pet with history of aggressive behavior or as deemed by
management.
Animals that assist persons with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of the Pet Policy. Please see our leasing team and refer to your lease agreement/pet addendum for additional details, requirements or restrictions that may apply.
